Project: Top Pick Designs – Global IT Staffing Platform Objective: Create a website that attracts potential clients by clearly communicating the company’s value proposition and streamlining the hiring process for top-tier IT specialists.
- UX Strategy & Research: Planned user interviews to understand hiring managers’ pain points and how they evaluate staffing agencies. - Information Architecture: Structured the site’s navigation to quickly direct users to relevant service pages. - Wireframing & Prototyping: Developed low- and high-fidelity designs in collaboration with the design team.
1️⃣ Communicating Unique Value - Potential clients needed clear, trust-building information on how Top Pick Designs differs from competitors. 2️⃣ Streamlined Hiring Process - The site needed to simplify the journey from initial inquiry to final candidate selection. 3️⃣ Global Audience & Cultural Considerations - With clients and candidates worldwide, content clarity and localized details were essential.
- Interviews: Conducted with 8 HR managers and 5 CTOs to understand key decision factors in choosing a staffing partner. - Surveys: Distributed to 20+ existing and potential clients to gauge which website features most influence trust and conversions. - Competitive Analysis: Studied 5 major staffing agencies to identify industry best practices and missed opportunities. - Usability Testing: Ran moderated sessions with 10 participants, focusing on navigation, clarity of offerings, and lead generation flow.
